IMPORTANT Update: [ochama] and [Joybuy] Integrated into Unified [Joybuy]

From 1 August to 31 August 2025, we will integrate [ochama] and [Joybuy] into a unified shopping platform: [Joybuy]. Joybuy users will maintain uninterrupted access, with only minor service adjustments during the upgrade period. Below is a full overview of our service update:

Customer Service Upgrade (2025/08/01 - 2025/08/23)

  • Impact:
    • The hotline number will be upgraded
    • Online chat and phone support may occasionally be interrupted
  • Our Action:
    • Before [2025.08.22]
      • Support channels remain available on both the ochama and Joybuy platforms
      • The email service will be available 24/7, during which time online chat/phone support may encounter interruptions
    • Starting from [2025.08.23]:
      • The hotline number will be upgraded to +44 808 501 5515 (Calls from UK domestic networks are free of charge)
